Colorado Pooper Scoopers provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services in the Colorado service areas listed on this site. Service frequency, pricing, and start dates are confirmed in writing before service begins.

Scheduling & access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the service area, including gate codes or unlocked gates on scheduled visit days. If our team cannot access the property, the visit may be skipped and billed.

Weather & rescheduling

We service year-round. Visits may be delayed by severe weather, especially heavy snow. Delayed visits are completed as soon as the property is safely accessible.

Pets on property

Customers are responsible for disclosing any aggressive pets. Our team reserves the right to skip a visit if a pet poses a safety risk.

Billing & cancellation

Recurring service is billed monthly to the payment method on file. Service is month-to-month and may be paused or cancelled by notifying us in writing.

Satisfaction

If a visit isn't right, notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no charge.
